MyDoctor is a medical management platform that allows:

3. Medical Disclaimer
• The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice
• All medical decisions are the responsibility of the licensed physician
• Users should always consult a qualified doctor

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Keep login credentials secure
• Not misuse the platform

Doctors are responsible for:
• The accuracy of medical records
• Any diagnosis or treatment decisions

5. Data Usage

User data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to data collection and processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyDoctor is not responsible for:
• Any medical decisions made by doctors
• Any damages resulting from app usage

1. الموافقة على الشروط

باستخدامك لتطبيق- طبيبي MyDoctor فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. في حالة عدم الموافقة، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. طبيعة الخدمة

تطبيق MyDoctor هو:

منصة لإدارة وتنظيم الخدمات الطبية فقط

ويتيح:
• حجز المواعيد
• إدارة السجلات الطبية
• التواصل بين الطبيب والمريض

⚠️ التطبيق لا يقدم تشخيصًا أو علاجًا طبيًا

3. إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية
• التطبيق ليس بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصصة
• جميع القرارات الطبية تقع تحت مسؤولية الطبيب المعالج
• يجب على المستخدم الرجوع إلى طبيب مؤهل دائمًا

4. مسؤوليات المستخدم

يجب على المستخدم:
• إدخال بيانات صحيحة
• الحفاظ على سرية حسابه

ويتحمل الطبيب مسؤولية:
• دقة البيانات الطبية
• التشخيص والعلاج

5. استخدام البيانات

يتم التعامل مع البيانات وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية، ويُعد استخدام التطبيق موافقة على ذلك.

6. تحديد المسؤولية

لا يتحمل التطبيق أي مسؤولية عن:
